Return Policy:
We accept returns within 2 weeks of the delivery date. If 2 weeks have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us by email or phone prior to the 2-week deadline. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns without prior communication will not be accepted.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, unused and in the same packaging as it was received. If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Wasatch will pay for the shipping cost of returning the item to us. However, the 15% restocking fee will still apply.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return: final sale items, perishable goods, and gift cards.
